"Reached Paul at State Farm, 6640 Rising Sun Ave location to inquire about current automotive insurance rate increase for our policy on three vehicles. Paul was very courteous and displayed a willingness to help me better understand the reasons and rationale behind the increase in our premiums. He reviewed our policy with me in real-time to help identify what was contributing to the price increase. He was thorough with his research, explaining each external trend that was contributing to the increase. He was patient and did not mind answering more questions as we peeled back the layers of societal factors e.g. thefts, supply chain, acts of nature which are all considered in the pricing increase. Paul is very knowledgeable and I have come to expect this type of service each time I call this office with any questions I may have with my accounts. Be it Paul or anyone from this location, the staff is always kind, helpful and professional and that is why we've been a customer for over 20 years."

"I spoke with Benjamin Miller on the phone and cannot say enough good things about him! I was beyond upset with Geico for raising my rate 41% with no reason other than inflation and covering company costs. Ben was so calm and understanding, walked me through my options, showing me my exact old coverage I had before and how much I would save with State Farm, and then talked about ways to even further reduce the rate! As a young driver, he was very helpful in explaining what different coverages meant to me and teaching me more about what options are out there. He's also very personable and I truly felt like I could trust him and that he had my best interest at heart! Thank you State Farm!!!!"

"This idiot tripled my premium out of nowhere and couldn’t give me a reason why. His excuse was he never seen anything like this before & doesn’t know what to do. Turns out for 3 years State Farm thought I was over 25 when CLEARLY they have my drivers license on file and I’m under 25. State Farm is trash, but this agent is even more trash to be honest. You’re better off at Progressive 😊"
